Gavin was born and raised in Moore County, and it’s where he learned the value of hard work, honesty, and taking pride in what you build. Those early influences shaped how he approaches residential construction today—hands-on, detail-oriented, and focused on doing things the right way.

Gavin enjoys working closely with homeowners and seeing a project come together from start to finish. For him, building homes isn’t just about the finished product—it’s about trust, communication, and creating something that people feel good living in.

When he’s not on a job site, you’ll usually find him offshore fishing, playing golf, or keeping up with Clemson sports. Gavin brings that same passion and dedication from his downtime into every project he takes on.
