Seth Mabus and his team built our beautiful dream home. We met with numerous builders before deciding on Seth and it was no question after leaving his office. Seth was honest, up front and clear on quality as well as cost, there were no surprises. He was also very helpful with advice on saving costs in many areas as well. He understands building on large parcels of land better than any other builder we had met with in Moore County. Jon held our hands through the entire process and Deb was always there to help with the finance side of things answering any questions. During the build, having Jon as our project manager, we felt as if we were the only home being built by Mabus, they gave our home and our family that much attention and care. We would suggest Mabus to anyone who wants a beautiful custom built home. They made our family's dream come true and we could not be happier!
