My wife Sue and I started our build process at the end of 2020, during the height of Covid in addition to that we lived in Illinois area and were building in North Carolina. This added to an already potentially challenging and stressful process. From the beginning and throughout the entire process Seth and his team were there to support us with each decision, answer all of our questions and keep us informed at every step. We are very happy with the quality, all the details that were included in the build and the overall experience.
Seth is more than a general contractor he is an exceptional person and has assembled an amazing team. Everyone from Scott, one of his Supervisors that has worked closely with us to assure that we are satisfied with all aspects of our home, to Michelle who supported us with selecting all the finishes and coordinated lots of the details, to Deb who made sure we understood the invoicing process and details of each payment and to his building support team Donnie, Noah, Andy, Ray and Ivan, these guys do all the final building adjustments and detail finish work that is needed to make sure things are just the way you want them. This has been much more than a business relationship. Seth and his team have been with us far beyond the building process and we feel as if we have made new friends along the way and become part of Seth's extended family.
